I have now sold two and bought three homes with her guidance. Each time she treated me and my home with respect and caring I didn't think was possible in a real estate transaction (based on the stories I heard from friends...that did NOT use her services). She arranged professional photos of our home, including a drone view, which were amazing!! Donna also finalized the closing while we moved out of state. The whole process went quickly and smoothly."

"I want to thank Donna again for selling my house. She previously sold my parents’ house, and she really made it so easy that I knew there would be no one else I would want when it came time to sell my own house. She came through once again and made it so easy for me! Donna knows the market and lets you know realistically what your home will sell for. She gave us great advice on both houses, which made them easier to sell; she knows what the buyers are looking for. Donna ‘s advice and tips were priceless. She also arranged for professional photos, as well as a 3-D tour of the houses, which really made them stand out. She went above and beyond! Since I had already moved out of my house four months earlier, she made sure everything was taken care of while I was gone. During the inspection of my house we learned it needed a new septic system in the middle of the winter. Donna arranged the whole thing. Donna also kept me and my closing attorney informed the entire time and everything went smoothly because of her. "Our family will be eternally grateful to Donna for her incredible work as our agent and guide during the process of selling our property. It was the culmination of a long and difficult process for our family as we were selling the beloved long-time home of my elderly parents. It was a very lived-in home, the furthest thing from a luxury property, and yet Donna made us feel as if we were her number 1 priority at every step of the way. From our first meeting, we had a great feeling about her as she was so engaging and yet brutally honest, making observations that none of the other agents we had spoken to had made, and treating the situation of my parents with the utmost sensitivity and understanding. Throughout the process, she kept us updated and gave us practical advice, and was responsive to us at all hours and days, patiently indulging our many questions. Donna went far beyond the call of duty numerous times, making phone calls, traveling, and doing all sorts of things on our behalf to take care of pre-closing items that were difficult for us to handle. She was an expert about every aspect of the region in which the home was located and had a wealth of contacts that came in handy on a number of occasions. We ended up selling the home within the price range Donna had estimated, and it all went so much more smoothly than we imagined it would. "We had not bought or sold a house in 30 years so we were pretty nervous about the whole process. So many things had changed since 1989. We met with Donna and from the get-go she put us at ease. She talked us through every step of the process. Because of Donna's local experience and expertise we had 2 offers within 2 days of our listing for $20K over asking price. Her photographs of our property really looked great on the website. Donna had lawyer recommendations as well as contacts for our septic and well water inspections. She was onsite for inspections from septic to home inspector to bank appraiser. We would highly reccomend Donna to anyone looking to sell their home."

"My family had the recent pleasure of both selling our home and purchasing a new one under Donna’s guidance. In terms of our sale, she was completely honest with us about what our expectations should be all the while taking care to be sensitive to our feelings with her suggestions. This was our third attempt at selling our home and Donna accomplished what two other teams of realtors couldn’t do with our house on the market for almost a year each time. We received multiple offers on our home the first week on the market. When our first buyer fell through, Donna knew exactly how we should move forward to capitalize on what we learned from the issues that arose leading to having to find a new buyer. Donna responded to us day and night, no matter what we needed. I loved Donna’s enthusiasm when we were ‘shopping’ for a new house. We knew exactly where we wanted to live but as soon as houses went on the market, they all had multiple bids. Donna took the initiative and scoured expired listings to show us. We told her which house we were interested in and she contacted the owner directly to ask if they were still interested in selling. Beyond our wildest dreams, they wanted to sell and let us see the house before they listed it. We made an offer and the rest is history. Donna stayed in constant contact with the sellers as to be transparent in where we were in the sale of our house and a realistic timeline for closing. "Donna is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! We had to sell a relative's house, and do not live close by. Donna stepped in at every turn and helped us find people to empty it, and to clean it, and then to paint it. When the snow started, she found people to plow it. When the septic was questioned, she found someone to inspect it. She stopped in to check the oil, met contractors there for us, and generally helped us nonstop with everything that needed to get done. We could not have prepared the house and sold it from a distance without her. And of course, she got us a great price!! She really knows the area and knows what people want. Donna was our saving grace. And she is a wonderful person to know on top of it all. We were blessed to have found her. Thank you Donna!!"
